LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 12/1/2009 8:18:34 PM The Wolf Pack talks to Access Hollywood at their mini stage during the world premiere of "New Moon" on November 16. Chaske Spencer, Tyson Houseman, and Bronson Pelletier talk about their abs and check out Jacob's action figure's tattoo and shirtless state. Boo Boo Stewart also stops by and talks about his role in "Eclipse." If you haven't seen my write-up for my evening on the red carpet at the premiere, have a look here. And follow @TwiSuperfan! LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 11/24/2009 10:28:07 PM Cute little video. But nope, Mario Lopez could totally not have been a Wolf Pack dude. He's way too smiley and happy--the wolves are fierce, man! LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 11/15/2009 1:58:27 AM Awesome new exclusive from MSN Movies, this clip has Chris Weitz talking about the wolves' special effects, and Alex Meraz and Chaske Spencer discuss the bond between the pack. Is it November 20 yet? LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 10/28/2009 3:06:51 PM Any doubts you may have had about how the wolves look in "New Moon" will be erased when you see this awesome clip. The wolves are fierce and huge! Chris Weitz...thank you...mwah! See it bigger on my New Moon Trailers page! Follow me @TwiSuperfan! LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 10/27/2009 10:42:53 AM Alex Meraz, who plays Paul in "New Moon," is everywhere these days. Here he is a couple of weeks ago in Vangroover, getting his takeout. Presumably returning to his hotel to eat in peace and privacy (which seems to be what the whole Twicast does now, understandably so). Can I just point out that it's raining, probably about 58 degrees, and he's in flip-flops and a muscle shirt? Likin' the feet tattoos. Alex is also featured in an upcoming issue of Los Angeles Confidential magazine--the center of a photoshoot styled by competitors in the latest MTV reality show, "Styl'd." The shoot took place at the Grand View Cemetery in Glendale, CA. Wolf goes vampire. And Alex is the latest Wolf Pack member to join Twitter! Follow him @TheAlexMeraz. And follow me @TwiSuperfan! Just enough to make Twifans everywhere wonder... The paparazzi are bugging him! I wish the papz would leave the filming process alone so they can fully concentrate on making a fabulous film, instead of channeling energy into trying to keep the telephoto lenses from prying too closely. David Slade is allergic to goats! I didn't know you could be allergic to goats. Follow @David_A_Slade and @TwiSuperfan on Twitter! LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 9/16/2009 10:53:28 PM Can eating these... ...turn you into these? Not unless you've got the metabolism of a werewolf and a run a toasty 108.9 degree temperature. According to MTV, "New Moon" will have a scene Twifans will want to sink their teeth into. Not the hawt dudes, but the muffins. Yes, muffins. "I call it 'the muffin scene,' " revealed Kiowa Gordon, who plays Jacob Black's friend Embry Call in the flick. "We all gather around at Emily's house — she's Sam, the big pack leader's, fiancée — and we all just gather around and eat muffins and talk about stuff." Taylor Lautner, though, didn't get no stinkin' muffins: "The muffin scene?" Taylor Lautner grinned when we told him of Gordon's comments. "I didn't have the pleasure to enjoy any muffins. "When they were eating their funny little muffins, I was standing in the back, all pissed off," Lautner said of the scene, which depicts Jacob as not being too thrilled with the whole imprinting/ turning-into-a-wolf drama. "So I just got to watch them eat their muffins." See the whole article here. Kiowa mentions the muffins here: LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 8/19/2009 3:27:05 PM Did you miss tonight's "Access Hollywood"? They got some "New Moon" scoop from Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart. Taylor assures fans that "New Moon" is going to be "stepped up a notch," and Kristen says Taylor has "had the most amazing transformation." LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 6/3/2009 10:26:46 PM Quite a photo, eh? It's my early Cinco de Mayo gift to y'all. USA Today gives us our first glance of the Wolf Pack in character, and these guys would make anybody's temperature run up to 108.9 degrees: "Four actors — Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, all with Native American heritage — join Taylor Lautner, 17, who returns as a hairier, scarier Jacob Black. The plotline finds Jacob growing closer to a distraught Bella (Kristen Stewart) after her vampire beau, Edward, runs off. Among wolf pack job requirements: the ability to work half-naked no matter what the weather in the Vancouver, B.C., area, where the film has been shooting for several weeks." I've been curious as to how they are going to do the CG effects to make these guys look like the giant, scary wolves in New Moon, and I got my answer: "No amount of weightlifting, however, would allow them to act out the wolf portion of their performances; the beasts are about the size of horses and race around on all fours. Instead, the transformations are computer-generated, although one part of each wolf might seem familiar. "They all have the actor's eyes," Weitz says." See the whole article here, and the accompanying piece here. LAST UPDATE BY DAZZLEDBYTWILIGHT AT 4/22/2009 8:14:20 PM | Myriam Gabriel-Pollock When I was a kid my favorite movies were Star Wars, The Sound of Music, and Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger. I like to think that my tastes have grown more sophisticated by now, but I may be delusional. I do see movies and read books in a wide range of genres, and I enjoy them immensely. But when it comes down to it, I love the escapism and otherworldliness that fantasy brings me. I can't yet discuss The Deathly Hallows without choking up. I've watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy so many times that the DVDs might actually be wearing down. I get a wistful look in my eye when I think about the Arthurian legends. And when I watch Twilight, I actually giggle like a schoolgirl when Edward first walks into the cafeteria. Hey I'm not a nerd, I'm a geek. Huge difference, right? So I love geeky games and gadgets. But I am also very social, I love clothes and makeup, I can sing and dance, I like the outdoors, and I enjoy my drink. I guess that makes me...a well-rounded geek? WYSIWYG. More about me.
