Rotten Tomatoes caught up with the "New Moon" cast at the Four Seasons hotel in Los Angeles during their press tour, and squeezed some juicy bits from them about "Eclipse," which comes out in seven months: Fact #1: It's Darker The brand new poster for Eclipse (above) hints at a darker tone with its brooding storm clouds. With 30 Days of Night director David Slade at the helm, it's unsurprising. "Every movie is different because we work with a different director on each one, which I love," Taylor Lautner tells RT. "David Slade is perfect for the third film because it's darker. Eclipse was my favourite book." Ashley Greene, who plays vampire Alice, tells RT that Slade isn't just a prince of darkness. "David is actually hysterical," she laughs, "He has such a dry sense of humour that sometimes you don't know if he's kidding or not. Eclipse will be amazing because he has made it far edgier and more dramatic. It's going to look very cool."  Fact #2: There Will Be Less "Love Story" and More "War" "Eclipse isn't as intimate as Twilight or New Moon," Robert Pattinson explains to us. "We're at war, so I get to interact with more characters, not just Kristen. You'll also find out more about the other members of the Cullen family. It just feels bigger." But -- fear not, Twihards -- that isn't to say the love story is cast aside altogether. "New Moon set up a love triangle with Bella, Edward and Jacob," says Lautner. "So we explore that further in Eclipse. It's a tough situation for all of them because Bella is torn between two guys, Jacob can't get the girl that he loves and then there's Edward, with all of his issues."  Read the whole article here. Bella and Jacob. Are they in her truck or his? Deep thoughts here--what scene do you think this is from? He is looking at her deeply, conveying a lot of emotion. She seems a little more uncertain, don't you think? Although it appears his arm is around her, so maybe right now she's seriously considering Jacob as a real possibility for her future.  Here we see director Chris Weitz discussing a scene with Ashley Greene, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. They're in Bella's house. I am pretty sure this is the scene when Bella and Jacob arrive at her house and Alice is there waiting for her, and surprised to see she's actually alive.  The new Swan house set is an excellent replica of the one they used in "Twilight." Check out these stills from "Twilight" to spot the differences. The first thing I noticed was the color of...everything. "Twilight" has more cool blues, whereas "New Moon" is earthier with warm greens and browns. The wall colors are decidedly different. The ceiling light in the dining room is now in the living room (although I suppose both rooms could have the same light). The picture next to the glass door is different, as it's what's under it--an old armchair before, a table and lamp now. (I do hope they keep Chief Swan drinking his Vitamin R's.)   The sofa seems to be a mossy green in the new still, whereas it was a dark grey-green before.  The iron stair rails and wooden steps look the same, but the kitchen cabinets went from white to a very light green. According to IMDb.com, "Warrior" is in post-production and will be released in 2009, but no specific date is given. I like to think that my tastes have grown more sophisticated by now, but I may be delusional. I do see movies and read books in a wide range of genres, and I enjoy them immensely. But when it comes down to it, I love the escapism and otherworldliness that fantasy brings me. I can't yet discuss The Deathly Hallows without choking up. I've watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy so many times that the DVDs might actually be wearing down. I get a wistful look in my eye when I think about the Arthurian legends. And when I watch Twilight, I actually giggle like a schoolgirl when Edward first walks into the cafeteria. Hey I'm not a nerd, I'm a geek. Huge difference, right? So I love geeky games and gadgets. But I am also very social, I love clothes and makeup, I can sing and dance, I like the outdoors, and I enjoy my drink. I guess that makes me...a well-rounded geek? WYSIWYG. More about me.
