Crazy Celebrity Baby Names

I thought Xavier Scott and Willow Rae are both beautiful names and fairly normal although not common. However you have to admit some of the names listed here are absolutely ridiculous.

i like unusual names. It makes people unique.

I don't really understand all the comments of 'Why would these people curse their children to be ridiculed at school' etc...You're all forgetting that they are the children of celebrities and are probably at exclusive private schools. The other kids probably have unusual names too, or are at least more exposed to an unusual way of life generally. It seems that the only people ridiculing them are all the generic Daves and Julies among the general public who are too narrow minded to see the point...Yeah if these kids were at your local comprehensive Wayne Jones & co would tease them but they're not. Also - my grandmothers name is Kitty. She's 96. It's not a new faddy thing to try to give your kid an unusual name.

Most of these names are just dumb! Seems like their parents just want the attention, what a shame. But then again just look at Parents today in a normal society....If I was any of these kids I would change my name as soon as I could

one of my closest friends is named Periwinkle Blue Life, of course she was born in the late 70's, and she loves her name, she actually goes by either Peri or Blue. Her mother named her Periwinkle Blue, because of the color of her eyes, and Life because she was her life.

My aunt had named my Cousin River Dove. When he turned about 13 or so he wasn't liking it so much so they changed it to Daniel. People really need to think before cursing their child for life. Geeezzz

As you can see I have an unusual name. I have hated it all my life, everyone mispronounces it and NO it is not strata as in stratosphere it is pronounced as if it were spelled straighta. Howver the worse I have seen is a family with a little girl named female (pronounced like tamale) and the parents declare the doctor named her on her birth certificate. In case you didn't catch it her name is female (as in girl)

I have an aunt name Nema--Amen spelled backwards. My grandmother had 6 children and Nema was her last. Amen!

Speaking as someone who has a somewhat unusual name (only in the fact that most people do not know actual people who are named it outside of a movie and TV show, let me just say that this kids will indeed have to answer this question for the REST of their lives - "Is that your REAL name?" I get asked that almost everytime people hear my name for the first time. And, yes, they should prepare for a fair amount of teasing from their fellow human beings.
