Larissa “Bootz” Aurora of Flavor of Love 2 is expecting her second child. Larissa posted to MySpace:

“Hey Fans, i know i haven’t been on myspace for a while but i am very excited to say that me and my husband are expecting our second child in April 2010. I always wanted to make sure my kids were close in age so they can grow up together and God has blessed me with another answered prayer! I just know after this one, I will not be getting pregnant for five to seven years(If we choose to [not]have anymore) because carrying a baby for nine months is very draining and sometimes miserable when you are really sick! Thank God I’m out of that stage! Lol! God bless the pregnant women out there…”

So, where were we? Oh, yeah. Jon and Kate Gosselin split up, gave away their dogs (!), and were photographed a lot separately with their sad and confused-looking kids. Plus, Jon dated a lot and made some "interesting" choices: he found a rabbi, discussed repeatedly and on camera how much he hated all the attention. Kate maybe stirred some interest in getting her own talk show, and would not change that hair. And then both Jon and Kate went on a lot of interviews, and took money from each other (allegedly), and not surprisingly, viewership for their show has dropped. We wish them all the best, but who wants to blog about it?

Not us.

Rob and Amber of "Survivor" & "Amazing Race" Become Parents




Amber and Rob Mariano are the parents of daughter Lucia Rose, born on July 4 in Florida. Lucia's middle name is after her paternal great-grandmother, who passed away the same day she was born. "Lucia is a great eater and sleeps a lot, however she tends to be a bit of a night owl like her daddy at times," said Rob. "She is a perfect baby and we could not have asked for anything more. We are over the moon with happiness at her arrival!"

About the couple: Amber competed on "Survivor: The Australian Outback," in 2001. Rob Mariano was on "Survivor: Marquesas," in 2002. The couple formed a winning alliance on "Survivor: All-Stars," and then Rob proposed to Amber during the 2004 finale.The couple competed in the seventh season of "The Amazing Race," and married in 2005.

Eight Gosselins, But Not One Happy Face



Divorce papers were filed a mere two weeks ago, but Jon and Kate Gosselin spent July 4th with the kids - and each other. Although their show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" is on currently on hiatus, PEOPLE photographers still captured images of the separated pair and their eight children outside their Wernersville, Pa. home as they picked blueberries and played outside.

According to PEOPLE, Kate stated, "Jon pointed to the July 4 holiday and said, 'What are we going to do about that?' I absolutely cannot imagine not spending every single holiday with my kids. I don't care what it takes. I will be there."

There is speculation (from those surely more cynical than I) that the events of the day were not entirely publicity-innocent -- the family played with fireworks in broad daylight, facing the cameras.

Jon and Kate Decide to Divorce

TLC has announced that "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will be on haitus until August, presumably to give public outrage/indifference (pick your team) time to settle and for both Kate and Jon to have new routines and situations to air.

Here's hoping we don't see a sea of "Team Jon" and "Team Kate" tee-shirts this summer.

Big Changes for Jon & Kate?

TLC has released their promo for the June 22nd Jon & Kate Plus 8. They're talking about a big announcement and of course the 'Net is buzzing. Divorce? Separation? A new haircut for Kate?

"Recently we've made some life-changing decisions," states Kate in a voice-over. "Decisions that will affect every member of our family... ones that we hope will bring each of us some peace."

The footage shows Jon and Kate facing different directions (symbolism!) and looking pensive. It would all be much more intriguing if it didn't look quite so staged. Viewership for Jon & Kate Plus 8 has dropped precipitously, down from 9.8 million viewers in the season premiere to just 2.9 million viewers in mid-June. Not that those two aren't genuinely unhappy. They really, really are.

And so are their viewers.
