Burke said, of Sophia, "She's already got such a great personality. I think he'll fall in love with her when he sees her." Law has not yet met his new daughter. "Her features are more like Jude's," says Burke. "She has his chin and nose, and she does a little pout that I notice that he's done before. I think her eyes are more like mine, though," she adds. "You can't always tell when they're so young but they don't have that big, glassy look that his do – mine are a little smaller and more like hers." Burke hopes Law will be part of her daughter's life. "I hope for him to be just as good as he is to his three children by Sadie Frost. He's a great father to his three kids. She's his daughter and I believe he'll come through. I mean once you see her face, how can you deny it?" "I doubt Jude was there," said one of her friends, about the labor and delivery. "Besides the financial support, he's not involved." Though unconfirmed, it's believed Burke named their daughter Sophia. Law and Burke met last year in NYC, when he was in town shooting the upcoming Sherlock Holmes film with Robert Downey, Jr. Law also has three children with his ex-wife, actress Sadie Frost. Speculation ran all over the 'net, and then "actress and model" Samantha Burke was kind of backed into issuing a statement today. Well, her lawyer did. Samantha's attorney told TMZ: "Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall. Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy." .
