These Content Usage Rules are incorporated into, and made a part of, the Download Service Agreement posted at http://music.msn.com/music/help/ServiceAgreement. Your use of the Download Service and the Downloads is conditioned on your prior acceptance of the Download Service Agreement.

The delivery of a Download does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the Download.

You are authorized to use the files downloaded from the Download Service (the "Downloads") on five authorized computers.

You are entitled to export the Downloads for personal, non-commercial use to compatible portable digital players that support secure Windows Media formats, specifically Windows Media 9 and later.

You are entitled to burn tracks and playlists to CD solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Any burning or exporting capabilities are solely an accommodation to you and do not constitute a grant or waiver (or other limitation or implication) of any rights of the copyright owners of any content, sound recording, underlying musical composition or artwork embodied in any Download.

You agree that you will not attempt to, or encourage or assist any other person to, circumvent or modify any software required for use of the Download Service or any of the Content Usage Rules.
