After being publicly maligned and much discussed, famous baby sister Jamie Lynn Spears had her daughter, Maddie Briann
Aldridge, with fiancé Casey Aldridge on June 19. Shortly after the birth, Spears
reportedly posted this message to her MySpace page: "I can't say it was
something I was planning to do right now, But now that it's in my lap and that
it's something I have to deal with, I'm looking forward to being the best mom I
can be." Here's hoping Jamie Lynn has an extensive network of mothering mentors
in her life.
