Stars who aren't blessed with the image-maintenance skills of Angelina Jolie can't always control what's written about
them. But much of Hollywood's elite have been skipping the middleman and using
the Web to speak directly to fans through their own blogs. Here, from the most
political to the most anti-paparazzi, we celebrate the celeblogs of 2008.
Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson share more than just strong
affections for each other. They also share a love of blogging on MySpace.
Lohan spent her year blogging, often insightfully, about politics, pop culture
and her relationship with Ronson. But every now and again she lashed out against
enemies like "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis and her father, Michael
Lohan.
Meanwhile, an angry Ronson pulled her Net claws out and took a swipe at
PETA's part in the flour attack on her lady's fur coat in Paris.
"She acted like an animal herself," wrote Ronson, taking aim at the woman who
had tossed the cloud of baking products at Lohan. "I take that back, it's an
insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than
that person."
