 Starring: Synopsis: In an episode that was clearly a labor of love for Londonderry-born Touched by an Angel star Roma Downey, Heavenly caseworker Monica (Downey, of course) is assigned to shepherd eight teenagers from Northern Ireland--four Protestants and four Catholics--to America as part of a humanitarian effort called Project Children.
