Overview
 Synopsis: Back when he was a cop in Brooklyn, Agent Doggett (Robert Patrick) was responsible for tracking down and capturing a serial murderer known as the Screwdriver Killer. Years later, the accused murder is released from prison thanks to new evidence, and the case is reopened.
