Overview
 Synopsis: Angelita (Marian Perez Riera) is the 9-year-old daughter of an impoverished Puerto Rican family. Hoping for a better future, the family moves to New York. While the situation is hardly an improvement, try telling that to Angelita, who regards this upheaval as a grand adventure. Eventually, however, the travails of survival takes its toll on the girl.
