Synopsis: Dennis Morgan and Jack Carson, the Bing Crosby and Bob Hope of Burbank, star in the Warner Bros. musical The Time, the Place and the Girl. The story involves a pair of nightclub owners and the problems inherent in their mounting The Big Show. Victoria Cassel Martha Vickers agrees to help out. If The Time, the Place and the Girl had a funnier screenplay, it might have been a rival to the Hope-Crosby pairings it seeks to emulate, rather than what it is: an entertaining but basically unexceptional little musical comedy.
