Synopsis: The Brady Bunch Movie pays tribute to the 1970s TV show while poking gentle fun at it. What might have been yet another disastrous big-screen sitcom revival (like the awful Beverly Hillbillies movie) works wonderfully in this clever comedy. The reason it works is the ingenious notion of taking the sickeningly wholesome Brady clan and plopping them -- unchanged -- into the 1990s.
