Synopsis: The crime-fighting Turtles -- Michaelangelo (Michelan Sisti), Donatello (Leif Tilden), Raphael (Kenn Troum), and Leonardo (Mark Caso) -- return in this quickly made sequel to the popular superheroes' first film. Less than a year after the box-office hit Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie, the sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, returned the four crime-fighting turtles to the big screen. Not surprisingly, this silly story is more contrived than the first, which had at least offered a little mysticism by way of Master Splinter and the turtles' origin. The comedy elements here ...
