Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: A new regional alliance between four formerly warring races is celebrated by an intergalactic starship rally, the brainchild of alien pilot Irina (Cyia Batten). Entering the rally, B'Elanna (Roxann Dawson) also hopes to patch up her relationship with Paris (Robert Duncan McNeill) by selecting him as her co-pilot.
