Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: Scripted by Tracy Torme from a story by Robert Sabaroff, this episode gets under way when Captain Picard receives a message from an old friend, Captain Walker Keel (Jonathan Farwell). Rendezvousing with Keel on the planet Dytalix B, Picard is apprised of a sinister conspiracy to take control of Starfleet Command.
