Synopsis: Eric Roberts is at it again in this serial killer thriller from Uwe Boll, a director best known for his 1991 film German Fried Movie. This third-rate Seven knockoff piles on the preposterous elements, but its central flaw lies with the actor who plays its villain. Casper Van Dien may be many things -- most obviously a hunk and a talentless thespian -- but a hyper-intelligent serial killer probably isn't one of them.
