Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: Roots, Vol 5 is comprised of the second half of Part Six and all of Part Seven of the trailblazing TV miniseries based on the book by Alex Haley. Kizzy (Leslie Uggams) the daughter of African-American slave Kunta Kinte, is the mother of Chicken George (Ben Vereen), so named because of his expertise as a gamecock handler.
