Synopsis: Prison guard Ethan Sharpe (Lane Smith) watched as Burke (Viggo Mortensen) dies in the electric chair in 1964. Hit-or-miss extraordinaire Renny Harlin directed this death row horror schlocker back in 1988, exactly the same year he busted out of the gates with A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master.
