Synopsis: After losing his license to work as a surgeon, synthetic-heroin addict Eugene Sands (David Duchovny) is on a downward spiral into the Los Angeles drug scene. Andy Wilson's first (and one hopes last) directorial effort, this tired neo-noir thriller has little going for it except three fine performances.
