Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: In the conclusion of a two-part story (originally telecast as a single one-hour installment), city accountant Clark Andrews (Richard Sanders) continues his gimlet-eyed audit of the expenses incurred by the Night Court staff. Meanwhile, Judge Harry (Harry Anderson) and his colleagues are being held hostage by a professional clown named Beepo (played by frequent series guest star Jack Riley).
