Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: In the conclusion of the three-part story "The Happiness Patrol," the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) sparks a revolution against Helen A (Sheila Hancock), dictator of Terra, where the punishment for not expressing constant happiness is death.
