Overview
 Starring: Synopsis: The Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Ace (Sophie Aldred) arrive on Terra Alpha, an earth colony ruled by the Happiness Patrol. Strictly forbidding anyone to express sadness, the Patrol metes out horrible punishments for violation of the rules.
