Synopsis: Disgraced FBI agent Beau Stoddard (Randall Batinkoff), now a disgruntled postal inspector, is called into action when a series of mail bombs in Los Angeles terrify the city and jeopardize an international hockey championship. Explosive action, an occasional gun battle, and mildly clever police work highlight this passable police procedural. The final resolution is completely botched by tentative directing, but, until then, the speed of the story -- a red herring involving a terrorist group and the copious fiery explosions -- overcome the stiff acting and inappropriately slow score.
