Synopsis: A man moves to the small and racially divided town where his bar-owning brother was murdered after he refused to pay crooked white cops for "protection." When he is threatened himself, he calls in some hefty men to help him, but they instead decide to take over the town. In order to oust the baddies, the hero becomes a one-man army with a mission. This late entry in the 1970s blaxploitation cycle lacks the consistent action and inspiration to make it a success, but offers enough interesting variations on the format to make it worthwhile for the genre's fans.
