Date  Helpful Rating 0 out of 0 users found this helpful  It's all been said beforePosted: 10/27/2003A review of Young Frankenstein by Anonymous Hi!<br>Well, I guess it's all been said befrore, but I just bought a DVD-copy of Young Fronkonstein, not having seen it since 1974, and it's still fresh -and just as funny!<br>The cast is superb, and Madeline K. is the ultimate vamp, at least in my mind. Kenneth Mars as the police inspector is perfect! Gene Wilder, Marty Feldman, Terri Garr, Madeline Kahn, Peter Boil(sp).. all very very good actors/actresses. All the right people were in the right parts! Mel Brooks did an outstanding directing job, although without the "Putting on the Ritz" scene I don't think I would have loved it as much. The emotions of all the characters pulled together made an awesome stir up to create "Young Frankenstein" A classic, one of a kind film! I WOULD DEFINATLY recommend this movie to anyone who is intersted in fantasy/thriller/COMEDY!! Was this review helpful?
