It is about a neurotic patient who sticks around with his doctor way too much even when the doctor goes to his summer break. The doctor doesn't even want or like Bob but as much as he tries to get rid of Bob. Bob won't go. Bob goes through this therapy called baby steps where every day you make a new goal step by step. and as Bob is getting more normal, Dr. Marvin becomes more phycotic. bill Murray is hilarious in this film with the other great actors. Murray plays as a psych patient who follows Dreyfuss when he goes on vacation. Murray just can't seem to get the message Dreyfuss is sending: Go Away. He ends up getting closer and closer to Dreyfuss's family and you can see Murray improving from his experiences and Dreyfuss get increasingly irrational that leads up to him doing something drastic. You will laugh as Murray does his thing and the scene of the good doctor jumping on Murray to wake him up is classic. Was this review helpful? Always thought Dreyfuss was incredibly funny and when he teams up with Murray...it's fireworks. I thought I was going to piss myself when Dreyfuss was trying to wake Murray up by jumping on him and Murray would'nt wake up. You've got to see this movie. Was this review helpful?
