It really gave me the motivation to go to college!!! No. How about, it made me stare in awe at the huge house in which Wyatt and Gary throw the party of the century? Hell yes. Any teenage should not graduate from their teenagerdom until they've seen this flick. With more than two handfuls of quotable lines, a raging party, one of the funniest lighthearted 'racial' scenes at the ";Candybar,"; and all the hot eighties clothes that Lisa sports, you'd be a fool not too see this John Hughes classic. Be forwarned, oh ye un-weird-science-savvy cats: there are indeed, three versions of this movie. Most of you will never get to see the scene in the kitchen, pre- ";Lisa computer hijinks,"; in which the two strapping young boys proceed to microwave everything in the fridge while watching Frankenstein on a mini TV. I must add that one must see this movie, if for any reason, simply because Anthony Michael Hall's hair makes a brilliant performance. ";Crazy insane!"; Was this review helpful?
