ALL THE WARNING SIGNS WERE THERE(JUST LOOK AT THE MOVIE POSTER)
1ST UP MR. REILLY IS THE PERFECT GUY FOR THIS KINDA COMEDY, GOD ONLY KNOWS
WHAT WOULDA HAPPENED IF THEY CAST WILL FERRELL IN THIS ONE(NO OFFENSE WILL).
I LIKED IT BUT I REALLY HOPED FOR A LITTLE MORE LAUGHS.
DONT MISUNDERSTAND ME THERE'S PLENTY TO GO ROUND IN THIS ROMP.
,THE SONGS WERE REALLY GOOD, AND MR REILLYS VOICE WAS GREAT...
TIM MEADOWS STOLE ALL THE SCENES HE WAS IN (IN MY OPINION)
I LOVED THE THE "DONT DO IT DEWEY!" DRUG STUFF
THE BEST LAUGHS IN THIS ONE BY FAR...
THE ELVIS SCENE WAS FUNNY
THE CAMEOS WERE FUN TO SPOT...
MOST DISAPOINTING CAMEO WAS THE BEATLES
THE SCENE WASN'T AS FUNNY AS IT SHOULD OF BEEN....

This was not only the opinion of the women, but also the men in our group. I am happy to see that this is the opinion of the majority of users' reviews ... shows intelligence. oh well, you gotta go get popcorn sometime! love the stupid funny movies and this was one of them .only leave out the nude dudes! Was this review helpful? But when I saw it I found it to be pretty hilarious. I mean sure every movie has slow parts and stuff in it. But i found this movie a lot more funnier than Talledega Nights. The cameos were great with (jack black and jonah hill)

We liked it, sort of, which surprises us, really. Once you got used to the juvenile sexual over top stuff and the graphic drug use, we found ourselves laughing. We liked the music a lot, which may be why we stayed on until we got into the comedy. John C. Reilly's voice is amazingly versatile. We'll probably rent it, just to pick up the laughs we missed. Hollywood is a crap factory, for both music and film. Lets get real. The studios spend huge sums, I mean OBSCENE sums of money, doing studies to find out if people will buy a ticket to a movie, based on the trailer they have developed. Then, they hack together a film like this and shove it down your throats. The only reason you dont realize they are stealing your wallet, is because you are gaging on the movie. It is all very well orchestrated and will continue to be successful, because people, deep down, want to get ripped off, so they have something to complain about. My rating is not FIVE STARS for the movie. It is five stars for being a piece of crap that people have bought, over and over and over. Enjoy some more crap, it will coming to your theater soon. I walked out of the theater 25 minutes into the movie (25 minutes too late, if you ask me). The best thing is that the theater people graciously refunded my $6.50 for the mattinee price. The beatles, Elvis all of them. I thought the beginning was weird but funny, and the rest of the movie cracked me up. I loved it because it was a new look and the starts were great. I was really surprised by seeing the starlet of the show, wife two being from the tve show "The Office", Great job getting to do a totally different character. All of you were great.
