I disliked him immensely before seeing this film and this confirms my feeling that he is incredibly arrogant, selfish, and stupid. If this is factual the U.S. should be ashamed of electing him as our president for not just one term, but two. Thank goodness there is finally some hope for our country. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 1 users found this helpful Hey, lets face it. Bush is a moron at best. Although the movie seemed like a Cheech & Chong comedy, it realy did portray Bush in a "real" light. Bush has destroyed this country in the eight years of his term, and this movie tells you why. Did I mention that he is a moron?
Good job Republicans. Oh, and lighten up a bit. You really do take yourselves too seriously. Was this review helpful? Oliver Stone really did not show the real Bush, it was almost a let's feel sorry for Bush movie.

Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful I had no preconceived notions about this movie before I was dragged in to see it, so you'd think I couldn't be disappointed. Guess again. Two hours and 11 minutes of my life that I'll never get back, and I still don't know what the point of the movie was supposed to be. CNN is more entertaining. Couldn't wait for it to end. Rent it only if you're looking for a cure for insomnia. Was this review helpful? Sounds unfair to criticize any Pres of the USA. I would love to see the true story of Senator Ted Kennedy and the famous drive home and drowning of his mistress... Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful My friends and I kept looking at each other wanting to leave. This was 95% uninteresting with 5% amusing one-liners ("like shooting an elephant gun at a gnat"). We all know the story and much of the movie was taken up portraying events we already know. They should have spent more time on writing and less time perfecting their impressions. I don't care how much they looked like Bush, Cheney, Condi - they were boring zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 1 users found this helpful Laughter can be a tonic of real value, fostering mental health. On the other hand, it may prove a poisonous weapon, causing great injury. Like the tongue, humor is a fountain capable of sending forth both sweet and bitter water. Humor that harms includes sarcasm, scorn, snobbery and sadism. In fact, according to Webster’s dictionary, the word “sarcasm” comes from the Greek root, which means, “to tear at the flesh like a dog.” Ridicule between Christians is one method by which believers may “bite and devour one another” (Galatians 5:15).
At the end of the 3PM well attended movie, there was TOTAL silence, no laughter during the movie!
“W” humor shows the incongruities of we the voters. Too much enjoyment of jokes that disparage any particular group reveals our repressed malice against that group.
The only laughter is coming from the halls of our government and the mouths of elected officials, liberal, far right, republican or democrats, religious PACs & Business PACs. Voters what has happened to we the people, preserve, protect and serve? Voters we have a right to accountability! No more lying lip service, watch their feet, demand actions with accountability. “W” has given me, only one voter, the call to arms to preserve, protect and serve America protecting her from foreign and DOMESTIC enemies. If you like Bush, the film will make you like him more. If you don't like Bush, the film will make him less easy to hate. The film was entertaining and surprisingly non-biased. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful I'm pleased they said based on a true story . The film shots and editing is excellent but really streaches truth and accuracy. Bravo to the tech's , yawnnn to the writers. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful This movie is like the grocery store tabloids in the checkout line. It grabs your attention but fails to deliver anything but vacant headlines. It may say more about the Texas and USA voters who both elected him not once to office but twice! Was this review helpful? Josh Brolin deserves an Oscar nod and possibly even a win for his portrayal of George W.!
