When a hit man aka race car driver comes to the city and drives around like an idiot, Jackie tries to stop him by following him. The murderer is cough enough but manage to escape from the prison. He kidnaps Jackie sisters and challenge Jackie to race him in Japan. He gets the help of his friends, a nosy reporter that follows him around and that is dogging Jackie for a scoop in the beginning, but meanwhile the two are falling in love with each other and they make a really cute couple!
