The Simple Life is the most boring show. I can not believe Fox agreed to air this, and people would actually want to film these two spoiled, conceted, rich brats, who are sluts, who are hoars. The Simple Life is hilarious. And someone on here said what does it have to do with real life? It takes Nicole and Paris out of the no working Hollywood lifestyle and gives them jobs, responsibilites and no money to see what its like to live like a normal person in a working class world. Give me a break! What does this show have to do with real life? I cannot believe the networks would want to touch this show. As a blonde woman with two masters degrees, two blonde daughters that worked for their degrees (modeling - they are very attractive), we find these two people distasteful. For the networks to put such junk on for impressionable young people to watch and perhaps emmulate is irresponsible! I would like to speak with the people in charge at the networks. And then to put the words Taking Over America as part and parcel of the title, I can only hope and pray there are better role models out there or this country is in trouble. Also, most young people know these two past friends are no longer able to be around each other so they film separately. What does this say to our youth. No need to mend fences, just go your separate ways. I wish for our youth better role models. Money does not happiness buy! Was this review helpful? Not only are these two twits devoid of any intelligence whatsoever, they diminish the reputation of young women trying to make it in this nation. This film is a training tool for bimbo wannabes. If they only showed more upskirt shots and wind blowing their micro-skirts around, the cerebral side of the viewer can shut down and the prehistoric urges can take over.

For a time I was totally immersed in watching these 2 gals and laughing my fanny off... while all the time wondering how 2 educated individuals be so damn stupid.
Just goes to show ya...no matter how much money you have....can't buy you brains and looks in this case.

Their antics and attitudes are great and they would be an addition to any town they visited. It would be an honour if they came here I would gladly host for as long as needed. I think they don't get enough credit for their intelligence and some jealous people should cut them some slack. I know that if I went to hang out with them I could probably learn a few things. Not neccessarily good things but definately fun things. So ya they may not have to work very hard for their fame but when they do work it is totally worth it. And Paris and Nicole are hot. I find The Simple Life a REAL Reality Show. Everyone there uses the language Paris and Nicole use, such as "Thats's F__king Hot". I was even told "You can wear whatever you want and F__k anyone you want to nobody cares" and that is reality in West Hollywood. So when Paris and Nicole use the language they do or say the things they say, it's because it is REAL in their lives. I think the show is great and funny. They are not playing any roles or trying to make more than it really is it is TRUE REALITY Was this review helpful? I mean sure you put out a porno of a hot millionaire and it will attract attention. Then put her on TV right afterwards for an hour a week and see if every guy in the right mind doesn't turn it on out of curiosity. But now I feel our Curiousity is no longer there.
