The movie Santa Clause 2 was ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I have not seen such a fantastic, inspirational and funny movie in many years. Tim Allen and David Krumholtz were exceptionally excellent actors. I have seen this movie more than five times already! It's great to watch when you want a good laugh or when you're with family or friends. I recommend this superb movie to everyone and to watch it at least twice! WELL DONE CAST + CREW AT SANTA CLAUSE 2!! I hope you keep up the 'magical' work.

Posted: 2/7/2004A review of The Santa Clause 2 by elfinmoon24
The Santa Clause 2 is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The reindeer were obnoxious, the mechanical Santa was too reminiscent of an infamous German dictator (whose name I cannot write because it is "bleeped" out for some reason), the plot was unspeakabley predictable and boring, and all the good characters from the first film are either almost entirely absent or are entirely changed. For instance, mom and Neil. Entertaining in the first film, I'd say. Practically absent from the second film. A loss. Bernard, the head elf after Santa himself. Does anyone else remember him being sarcastic and testy yet kind-hearted in the first film? I sure do, and I liked it. But in the second film, he is one-dimensional, soft-spoken, and cartoonish; his gestures and facial expressions are exaggerated and are better left to half-hour preschooler shows on Nick Jr. There is not one whit of outspoken determination in this Bernard and I was bitterly disappointed.<br>Other than that, the movie just falls flat on its face, there is not an ounce of holiday charm, the set looks fake and feels fake, and there is much to be desired by way of character development and chemistry between any of the actors. It simply did not have the same "feel" as the first film. It didn't have much "feel" at all. All in all, this movie was a waste of 90 minutes. I would have given it a half a star if I could and I just hope that its memory will not spoil my enjoyment of the first film.

This is a preview review, I am a Tim Allen Santa Claus fan, but without a doubt... Allen has to be the best Santa since Miracle on 42 st. As a Music teacher I work with alot of Children...and the anticipation of The Santa Claus 2 in my students and parents is overwhelming...It has to Gross the top # 1 film for at least 2 weeks...or I will never eat popcorn at the movies again... and thats a rap!

The acting and effects were superbly executed. The funniest moment was when Comet had eaten too much chocolate, it's a wonder how computers can accomplish such astonishing effects. There were many delightful happenings eg. when Santa turned a dull faculty party into a terrific success. This movie is so refreshing, filled with holiday cheer. We can't wait for The Santa Clause 3.

I just saw Santa Clause 2 and loved it. I found it to be magical, funny and very lighthearted. The reindeer scenes were a riot and Tim Allen was perfect as Old St Nick. If you are looking for a holiday movie that will make you laugh and leave you feeling all fuzzy inside go see this one. The audience actually clapped at the end of it - always a good sign!

I thought this movie was a great one! Better than the first one! This movie is great for little ones and for the whole family! You also have to meet Chet, the reindeer in training, he was cute and funny to watch! Comet ate a little tooo much chocolate, and BLEW, if you know what I mean! From the review, you can tell i loved this movie!
