A war between Humans and Machines will end ''one way or the other''. And what about Smith? Well that got me on the edge of my seat! As usual the ''good'' side wins and it all becomes peacefull but I really didn't know what was going to happen. Will he live? Will he die? Was this review helpful? Ok...the fight between the sentinals and humans was kinda a drag. It would be better if it were shorter and spent more time in The Matrix then it would be better.
I thought it was sad. When Trinity died. I cryed....for a little bit. I mean Neo's life partner dies. You have to feel bad for him. He loves her. Dang poles have kill her. Awful way to die. Awful... ouch... yikes... And when Neo dies...I cryed there too. He died to save Zion. And thats sad...considering that Zion is a dumb city. I felt sad when he died, then I saw Morphius's face...I couldn't hold it...I started crying. Too bad the oracle that was in the first 2 had to die but they made a good recovery on that. You would have thought that she had other plans and decided not to be in the movie. Well...unfortunatly that was not the case.
The fight against Smith was awesome! A lot of flying! Awesome...awesome stuff. The fight in the club was cool too! Trinity's outfits were better than ever. And the eagle kick was sweet! I wish there were more Matrix movies. I bet Keanu, Carrie-Anne, and Laurence would like that.
I LOVE KEANU, CARRIE-ANNE, AND LAURENCE...I WANT TO MEET THEM....some day...I hope... Was this review helpful? And alot of people said they didn't like the ending. That was my favorite part. Unless you mean where Neo dies. 'cause I mean where Neo and Smith fight. But still I wasn't dissapointed a bit. I mean the fighting action was great(machines vs. humans) But Trinity? She died like an animal? Why couldn't she have been hit by a car that would have made it more memorable? And "Neo" why couldn't he "massage" her wounds to pefection? im dissapointed. Well this review wouldn't be complete without Numbering :D
1. hey i now him that Agent Smith in someones body? ( These brothers need a pinch)
2.Wow those Sentinels are so mean they're killing them, but wait, why can't they use that electronic thingy like in the first one and kill them all?
3.Ah thats sad that old oracle died in real life :'( but The Wachowskis had no problem covering that up, in the movie O.o) Was this review helpful? Sign In 1 out of 2 users found this helpful Posted: 7/20/2004A review of The Matrix Revolutions by Kirby262 I didn't really see "The Matrix" as a trilogy. The original was a cyberpunk hybrid of sci-fi/action/martial arts. It was not only the best sci-fi films to date but a revolutionary look at special effects. But then The Wachowski Brothers took advantage of the success of the original and created two more sequels in 2003, "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions. Both of them so far were met with some criticisms concerning plot setbacks and convoluted storytelling but no doubt they're both compelling. "The Matrix Reloaded" was a staggering yet impressive second installment. "The Matrix Revolutions" concludes the franchise with such adrenaline and speed that marks the most "underrated" trilogies ever. The battle scenes is the main joy of the film and invents one of the best cliffhanging moments. But what did you expect? "The Matrix" franchise is a hardcore sci-fi epic/action anime film that doesn't really need to explain itself. Maybe it doesn't need to, maybe it's something for moviegoers to speculate for themselves. "The Matrix Revolutions" may've not gone out with a big bang, but a bang that doesn't warrant a whimper. This movie is like Reloaded, packed with action but missing something. But in this case, missing 2 things. First, it has only 2 fight scenes, but they are both excellent. But the one thing number 2 & 3 were missing from the first movie other than the fight scenes, is the main direction of the whole thing. The Matrix Reloaded kind of changed from the original, so much and so little, you have to strain to even tell that it is gone. But it still left a decent movie in the path, and the Dock battle and the Final Battle were just awesome. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Posted: 5/25/2004A review of The Matrix Revolutions by Anonymous You would have to make a pretty long movie to sum up everything in the "Matrix" series. Although they didn't do that, you can understand what's goig on...for the most part. The special effects-packed action fighting at almost the very end of the movie between Neo(Reeves) and "Agent Smith" (Weaving) was very long, just as long as the scenes with the humans battling against the Machines were. They could have made them a little shorter, since we pretty much already predicted that Neo would win the large combat fight against Agent Smith. It is nice, though, to see a woman take charge! Jada Pinkett Smith was good, but sometimes the cast is trying to act so serious that it's hard to keep a straight face. But, still, the Wachowski brothers did a good job of concluding the trilogy into one movie that is about 2 hours long. Was this review helpful? The 3rd and final installment was the best of the three. The Acting by Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne are incredible. this movie was shuned on by critics, but i still thought highly of it. The ending, if the ending of the 2nd one wasnt cheesy enough really stunk up the whole place... but who cares, still about 1hour 30 minutes of nonstop action! :-) Was this review helpful? Sign In 1 out of 3 users found this helpful Posted: 5/8/2004A review of The Matrix Revolutions by Foxy_Woman13 What's wrong with this film...? I'll tell you. How long does it take for someone to die in this movie. I mean please when Trinity died I thought she was going to talk for the rest of the movie. And I can't believe it ended that way. Do not rent this movie..you would never watch it more than once. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 1 users found this helpful Posted: 5/10/2004A review of The Matrix Revolutions by wElcoMetouNderwOrlD This was unbelievably painful. It probably would have been better if Mophius didn't have so many wannabe motivational speeches. Also a lot of the script was predictable. The action was good but the fight scene between Neo/ Smith was terrible. It was a cross between baywatch and Dragonball Z. It could have been much better; it was a let down and a bad ending for the killer Matrix series. Was this review helpful? Sign In 1 out of 1 users found this helpful Posted: 5/8/2004A review of The Matrix Revolutions by Raw_Ko I think this movie was a great ending to a trilogy which has entertained for the past 4-5 yrs.I was SLIGHTLY disappointed at the ending but I regained myself.I mean could it have been any different?I mean the story was laid out.this is how it ends.I think this is an achievement for Mr Larry and Mr. Andy Wachowski I mean I really and truly enjoyed all three and thier elements (I even love that soundtrack put together). There is no other movie trilogy which could match this one's greatness (cept LOTR) and no movie of this genre can ever be as good as the matrix.Thank you!
