But this one?? Totally different. I really like the Norton portrayl...and! The effects are amazing...I read some of the Critic reviews and I disagree with the majority; Hulk looks very convincing! Overall, it is visually entertaining, action-packed and exciting. I will definetly buy this movie when it comes out on DVD :) *hopes for a sequel* Was this review helpful? I went because I didn't think Ed Norton would sign on for a dud.
He didn't.
The action was good, as were the special effects.
I love Liv Tyler; a great leading lady.
You love to Hate William Hurts' character as you do Tim Roth.
I don't know who played Mr Blue, but he was good.
Not a waste of time.
Catch a matinee to save some dough.
I would give it 3 1/2 stars, but they don't offer 1/2 stars. What a pity Was this review helpful? I have to say this movie was just wonderful from beginning to end. There was no part of the entire movie I didn't think fit or was boring. They did an excellent job of adding a human element to the Hulk, but they also did a terrific job of capturing the raw intensity the hulk brings. This movie brought to life more of what the comic book hulk is about. not just tearing things up and killing people.
The battle scenes were brilliant.
I took my wife along with me, who didn't really care to even see the movie, and she even loved it. to quote her "I am sorry I doubted it, that was a great movie".
I hated the last Hulk movie because the hulk looked like he fell out of a Hannah Barbara cartoon. Yest the story was decent, but it just didn't do it for me.
I would gladly see this again in theaters and I will be adding it to my collection when it comes out. Was this review helpful? Folks, by now we might have had two great Hulk movies if it were not for Ang Lee's fiasco. Anyway, this was a fine bit of redemtion for the franchise. A well written story for Edward Norton to humanize the hulk. A homage to Bill Bixby is included, as well as cameos by Lou Farigno and Stan Lee. Great story and great action. Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful eric banna who?Posted: 6/22/2008A review of The Incredible Hulk by Marveled_fan this movie was very well done and unlike its predecessor the story flowed very well where the first one just stalled a half hour into it so by time it got to the actoin your not really caring about the movie your just waiting for it to end...this one did not have a moment even close to that...on a second note edward norton was a hundred persent bettter as the lead role bruce banner unlike eric banna for one hes a better actor in my opinion and you can tell in his preformance he genuanly cares bout the character...this fanboy hopes to see more of the same in the sequal Was this review helpful?
