Inteval Training is tough! But VERY effective!! It starts with a long warm up but when you start the workout all goes on from there! She starts you out with leg presses using the 14-inch step, note-this is the first Firm tape using the fanny lifter! She does each leg-first right with no weights then left with no weights, then each with weights...then some more weights...some light lunge work....then some quick 5 minute aerobics in between. I love this tape because although its a bit challanging...your never ever board because you change from standing weight work -to floor work then back to some quick qerobics, then back to weights! I think the most tough part is the last aerobic phase in which you are using weights in the last aerobic phase. But all in all i give this tape a 4 star....if she added a little more upper body id give it a 5 star...but this is definitly worth buying and you just HAVE to own a Firm classic which all the first 5 tapes are!!
