Too bad. Great films like this somehow get buried while pablum rakes in the bucks. This is a terrific murder suspense film of the classic variety with top of the heap performances. Tilda had award buzz for this movie and it is easy to see why. The chemistry of the stars is perfect, the cinemetography vivid, and the story quite different. Was this review helpful? Tilda Swinton's towering performance way overshadowed the weakening and rapidly diluting plot of this flick. Halfway through the movie too many underdeveloped plots and too many extraneous character introductions did not tie in with what this movie promised to deliver.
