I mean, I remember when I was younger and just flipping through the channels on the tube and I came across this movie once, and just fell in love with it. And its not because of Molly Ringwald. It was just a good movie for teens, and anyone else. It has a few swears in it, but lets face it, thats what high school is. I seriously think this is one of the best, if not the best, movies ever created. Emilio, Molly, Judd, Anthony, and Ally were great to portray teens. And honestly, who cant say that they have all felt the way they felt when they were talking about their home lives? Its just something that everyone faces at one point in their life. As for the movie, its a great masterpiece. I say this movie is so much better than Clerks. And, as for now, I gotta get back to work. Just wanted to leave my opinion. Take it easy, peoples. Im 15, so, basically, this film IS my life right now. I can identify with all the characters because everyone has a little bit brain, athlete, Basketcase, princess, and Criminal in them!! My favorite part of the movie is when Andy says Were all pretty weird, some of us are just better at hiding it... Truly a must-see movie!!! Was this review helpful? It is so wonderful to watch when you are going through the same things Brian, Claire, John, Andrew, and Allison are. It really looks into what the good times and bad times there are of being a teenager. This movie is not only a great drama, but an awsome comedy. Even if you aren't going through bad times this movie will blow any type of audience, from the teens, to the young kids, middle aged, or elderly away. Was this review helpful? It is an excellent portrayal of highschool life, because it shows the clic's and the separate social groups. It's also very funny and witty and all around fantastic!! Was this review helpful? The actors really do a good job of portraying there characters. You can't take your eyes off the movie and everybody in the eighties could in some way relate to one or all of the characters. And the film has the best ending. Was this review helpful? This is one of those movies you remember every line. A basic school flic where a couple of kids of all classes and clic's within the school meet up for Saturday school and have to come together in the end if there all going to survive this day of hell. One of the best parts in the movie is when there running through the halls trying to get back to there seats before the "Bull" gets back. One movie that should be in your collection if its not already. Was this review helpful?
