Again, children are seeing movies and then reading the novel thinking, Thats not how the movie went. A child should see this movie and think, This was not in the book. Parents think that children should see these books turned to movies, instead of reading the book. The Black Stallion novel was so much better than the movie. I have read it so many times, that I lost count. I do not recommend this movie for a horse movie for children. I would have to pick Black Beauty, since it is closer to the novel, or Seabiscuit because it is history. I was wondering though, where is The Last Unicorn in this list, now that is a good choice.
