This time set in Alaska and not North Dakoda. Robin Williams is always good in his movies. He has an excellent set of actors to work with on this film. He plays an edgy guy who wants to defraud his insurance company. You find yourself liking all the characters in this film. They have sense of reality about them as they tell a story of greed, love and overcoming poverty. It is not compeling.
the movie does not compare to Fargo and the standard it set for winter movies. Fargo stand far ahead of this one in story telling and charter development. You can not care about Tiffany in this movie. She is a character of little depth and interest.
So, it you like Robin Williams and you liked Fargo, this is a movie to watch at home on your DVD machine. Was this review helpful? Sign In 1-1 of 1 Per Page | ||
