I think it is a good twist on the original theme. Very entertaining, and i thought the pilot was awesome. Have just found out that the series has not made it past the 8th episode, as it was scrapped and i don't know why. Gutted. Was this review helpful? Watch the old Johnny Weismuller films, the ok tv series from the sixties even the Disney cartoon but please do not watch this rubbish, it is badly actedhas no sense of character and an even more implausible plot than Superman and thats saying something.<br>I doubt very much if any of script writers have even read the original Tarzan i think it is more likely that they watched Crocodile Dundee took out the funnby bits added Angel like darkness and plot from old tv series called Beauty and the Beast.
