This film has likeable characters, action and suspense, a good story line, and not to mention – great actors! It has been ages since I have seen a film that did not waste an hour and twenty minutes of my time with a horrible script and bad actors. If you go see a movie this weekend, see this one. I love Colin Farrell hes a really good actor! Samuel L. Jackson is really good too! and so is Michelle Rodriguez! I think this will be a really good movie it looks very cool! Sign in 0 out of 1 users found this helpful A greatly cast action movie!I have never seen the tv show "S.W.A.T", so I am not able to compare it to the movie version; nor do I want to. I admit that the main reason I went to see "S.W.A.T" was due to the fact that Colin Farrell and LL Cool J are in it, but I did enjoy the actual story and plot as well. I have seen many movies and I am familiar with most of the cast as actors. I believe the casting was important in this movie to draw in as many people as possible. Without any well known and well liked actors the movie would not have been as good, and I know that I would not have gone to see it. I found the story to be an interesting spin on a repeated plot. I have noticed that most movies have the same general storyline and of course the details make the difference. The only things I did not like in this movie were how it seemed to be extra loud and how the action resembled a "Cops" tv show. I cannot exactly fault the movie for those reasons though, because it is a story about a special group of police officers. Was this review helpful? It had a pretty good storyline and the special effects and action scenes were spectacular. Another bonus was that the acting was relativley pretty good.( Especially Colin Farrell and Samuel L.
