But believe it or not, the film *isn't* supposed to be serious, despite their airs it gives.Take a good look at everything that made up this film, from the one-liners, to the quirky fights, and even the look of the characters. Unlike movies based on games like ";Mortal Kombat: Total Annihilation";, Street Fighter doesn't aim for the serious. Just the comedy. When you watch Raul and Jean Claude act in this film, take it lightheartedly: it's what they *wanted*. Take for example the one bit where Bison is pounding away at his controls to release watery mines. Now take a look at his controls. Yep, that's right: it's the arcade game's controls.;) Another bit: the ending of the movie, where everyone poses, and Chun-Li laughs. That is actually the 'best' ending to Street Fighter 2, if you beat it on max difficulty.Now, you can sit there, watch this thing for what it is, or you can watch it seriously. It's your choice.
