In fact, the characters probably behaved more like real people than the overblown depiction of characters typically employed by actors. What I didn't like was the mystifying ending. Determined to see if I couldn't make heads or tails of this film, I just had to see it again. I still haven't got a clue. I have since come to find out that it is now in vogue to produce movies with endings which are meant to be puzzling. This is a very unsatisfying experience and hopefully this trend will pass quickly. Meanwhile, unless you typically feel comfortable with complete uncertainty, I would suggest you pass on this film. Was this review helpful? Sign in 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Boring and soooooo slowPosted: 5/26/2012A review of Sound of My Voice by richard75006 This is perhaps the 3rd or 4th movie I have ever walked out on in my life; in fact, about half the audience left after about 40 minutes. It is one of the worst films I have seen in years. I am not even sure that these are actual actors in this film but whoever they are, they better get back to class and learn how to act. The whole thing was a waste of time. We got our money back and went and had a nice lunch. Unfortunately "0" stars is not an option on this site. Was this review helpful?
