This movie even though name Save The Last Dance 2, did not begin where the first one ended. This movie did not give you any idea of what happened to Sara and Derek. It gave us several places she had danced , leaving you wondering was this before she was accepted to Julliard or after?
The last dance sequence was good, but this movie did not make you feel the same emotions you experienced with the first one and that was that Sara loved dancing and put her whole heart into it and it showed each time she danced.
Julia Stiles is an excellent actress and it is a shame she could not have been brought back to play Sara again. Was this review helpful?
