Date  Helpful Rating 0 out of 0 users found this helpful  Rookie of The YearPosted: 6/1/2004A review of Rookie of the Year by PurebredMisty I have watched this movie again when it aired on Channel ABC Family 311 on Saturday night, May 29, 2004, at 6:00 P.M.<br> For those of you who haven't seen this movie yet, it is about a young boy, Henry Rowengartner (Thomas Ian Nicholas), who has broken his right arm in such a way that it had become very strong, and the Manager of the Chicago Cubs had replaced their current pitcher, Chet "Rocket" Steadman (Gary Busey), with this young boy. This is one of the most perfect movies to have aired on this special Memorial Day weekend! It is such a positive and comedy-based kind of movie. It also has quite a bit of action in it too. I really loved watching it again.<br> If you love positive kind of movies with happy endings, you will love this movie! Was this review helpful?
