The biggest problem was the plot. I sat there and knew how it was going to end about midway through. The climax was just too obvious. The acting gets 5 stars, the plot gets 1 star. I was mesmerized. I'm wondering if anyone else noticed that the scene in the trailer where Kate Winslet's character is very pregnant was not in the movie. It made me feel very sad. The acting was so believable. Kate and Leo are just so great and getting better as they age. I am going to get the book. I highly recommend it. Very moving. Your have dreams when your younger that end in mindless routeines. However, they keep pressing th same point until its gets depressing and ends on an even sadder note.
