However, the language was so offensive, I couldn't overlook any other flaws and call this movie worth anything more than a waste of time. Was this review helpful? I am usually not a Colin Feril(sp?) fan, but he was pretty kickass in this movie. Edward Norton and John Voight were certainly a good pair as father and son. I thought it was actually better than We Own the Night. Definitely worth the money. You have to appreciate Cop movies for one. If these kind of movies do not appeal to you, then you may want to go see Beverly Hills pooch or whatever. Was this review helpful? The movie was pretty good. I would say it was very similar to "We Own the Night" with a few differences in the plot. Ed Norton is a great actor, one of my favorites. The whole cast was good. Very well acted, it looked very realistic. A lot more drama than action though. The director spent a lot of time developing plots and relationships, some of which didnt seem to come into play. Overall, it is worth the matinee ticket price, maybe even full pop. I rate it about 6.5 or 7 out of 10. Was this review helpful?
