In this movie there is no jungle. Its the concrete jungle. L.A. So okay the movie is with Danny Glover and Gary Busey. So thats good. In the city of Los Angelos in this movie there is only 1 rule- there are no rules. so its basically crazy the whole movie. one of the bad things about the movie is that it gives away the Predator to soon. at the begining of the movie. they assumed that every one saw the first movie. so see the first one first. any way another good part is when the predator has its mask removed it looks cooler than the one in the first movie. and the mask looks great aswell. but the movie does lack some interest which could make you feel board at some parts. its not even as gorey as the first movie. so more people get killed, but theres so much less gore. in the first movie you see the predator ripping the guys head and spine out. in this movie you only get a glimps. and the skinned bodies look too much like theyve been polished as in the first one they look like the skin has been ripped off. and there is about 10 boatloads of the f word so be advised. but still if you liked the first one this one will probably keep you happy untill the next predator movie comes out. So I was a bit suspicous about a sequel to a movie a really liked. Espcially since the main character(Arnold) from the first movie was not going to be in it. But Danny Glover does just as good of a job as the predator's equal as Arnold did. The special effects are also updated a bit. The Predator still has the great camo like he did in the first movie and seems just as deadly and dangerous as before.<br><br>I was hooked from beginning to the very end. This is deffinitly a worthy sequel to a great movie.<br><br>But, if you were not a fan of the 1st Predator movie than this probably isnt your cup of tea as P2 continues more of what you saw in Predator 1. Detec-<br>tive Lt. Mike Harrigan (Danny Glover), Leona<br>Cantrell (Maria Alonso), and F.B.I. Investigator<br>Stephen Keyes (Gary Busey)! And the most scarey,<br>and best character of all---the big, sneaky,<br>alien creature---whoever he was! There was so<br>much horror and action in this movie, and it<br>seemed so real! I just hope I don't have any<br>nightmares tonight (just kidding). It lost all its power when Arnold chse not to do it. And it shifted from pure action flick to drama! This certainly isn't for fans of the first movie. Danny Glover played a pretty hero in this film, even though i seriously wanted to see Arnold, the acting was good, but there was some good action scenes in this film. worth a look. Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Predator 2-Its BackPosted: 2/20/2003A review of Predator 2 by Bigguy367 Predator 2 is a seriously good action/Sci-fi movie starring one of my favorite actors,Danny Glover.Hes unrelenting in his pursuit of the vicious alien,risking life and limb to stop the beast at all costs.The movie also stars the late and relatively unknown Kevin Peter Hall as the predator itself,filling up the scren with hishuge 7ft 4"; frame.Just as in the first movie,Hall is excellent playing the role of the blood thirsty alien,providing endless highlights without the need to resorting to special effects.He never got the credit he deserverd and this film was the last one he made before sadly passing away a year later.Prdator 2 tome ranks as a very successful sequel and i would recommend it highly for non-stop actionand entertainment.
