Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful The Way It Really WasPosted: 11/19/2002A review of Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid by Anonymous Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid:Not only is this film based on the historical record, it has a superb sound track (written & performed by Bob Dylan who also appears in the film)and great cinematography. As I recall, I was watching the feature for the first time and was amazed @ its vivid color. The bluest blue sky appeared during Slim Picken's gut shot death scene while ";Knockin on Heaven's Door"; played in the background. Directed by Sam Peckinpah. Was this review helpful?
